Coal Point Lake House

Set on the shores of Lake Macquarie, this knockdown rebuild presented a number of unique challenges from the outset. Limited site access via a steep driveway required careful planning and coordination throughout every stage of construction.

In addition to the new custom home, IHT Constructions demolished and rebuilt the existing fibro boatshed, designing and constructing a custom boat trolley to allow the owners to safely launch and retrieve their boat with ease.

Inside the home, a striking timber staircase and feature timber wall cladding create a warm architectural statement, reflecting the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail invested throughout the project.
